In this role you will be supporting the Equipment Standardization Team global projects/programs to drive systemic processes. The successful candidate is expected to help deliver cost savings, speed, and quality across the manufacturing network through standardization, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. These processes must optimize return on investment, globally maximize supplier value, drive collaboration within the global Stryker manufacturing community, and standardize manufacturing processes wherever possible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as cross functional support for global project teams
  • Analyze and prepare presentation materials for various levels of audiences
  • Support and manage bi-weekly calls and annual EST steering team meetings
  • Support EST technical team and track all required deliverables.  
  • Works with global key stakeholders to ensure all pertinent data and functionalities are built into the Equipment Life Cycle Management (ELCM) processes
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (Power Bi)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience required
  • Individual will be expected to have strong organizational skills
  • Individual will be expected to track deliverables of all stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills are a must and ability to communicate in a Global team.
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects and people, able to prioritize, complete work on-time, and with-in budget.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and Power-BI
