Job Description

Our Sr. Program Manager, Integration is responsible for planning, mobilization, coordination, delivery, risk management and completion of our Global ERP Program, Stryker's largest transformation program to date. The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for activities related to the integration (design, build, test, deploy) of Affiliated Stryker Programs, GIO Initiatives, Stryker Legacy applications and 3rd Party Solutions with the Global SAP ERP program.  Primary point of contact between the Affiliated Programs and Global SAP ERP program work streams to ensure consistency, accuracy, integration across the SAP Program.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop an approach for how to interact with other Stryker IS and Business programs (“Affiliated Projects & Processes”) that integrate with and or impact the Global SAP ERP program.
  • Create and maintain project plans for how Global ERP will integrate and work with these other programs (“Affiliated Projects and Processes”).
  • Responsible for the successful coordination  and alignment with ERP Process and Solution Delivery Work Streams, Data Conversion, Deployment, and Stryker Affiliated Project Teams and other key business stakeholders.
  • Key contributor to the development of global ERP program governance structures and processes, and ensure compliance, align with Stryker IS governance processes.
  • Proactive status reporting of plan activities and deliverables on a weekly basis.
  • Proactively lead the resolution of risk and issues between Affiliate and the Global ERP program.  Includes but not limited to the identification, assessment, and prioritization of program risks and issues. 
  • Establish and employ a strong discipline the minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of the identified risks. 
  • Timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure program remains on track, on-time, on-budget, within defined scope.
  • Review potential project change requests and to evaluate any impact at program level.
  • Effectively identify and leverage the appropriate resources across projects and work streams.
  • Act as primary point of contact and escalation point to drive collaboration with ERP program work streams and the affiliated project team members to resolve conflicts, project issues, and deviations and drives them to resolution.
  • Support program guiding principles; drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customization's.
