Job Description

"Main objective / purpose of the role: - Develop solid mid-long growth strategy including product portfolio plan and channel strategy to grow sustainably in a profitable way- Develop yearly budget plan and execution plan to achieve sales target & OPINC target- Develop new product launch strategy with setting relevant KPI and execute in collaboration with sales and functions- Develop marketing 4P strategy and support sales execution Reinforce Stryker branding and reinforce engagement with KOL
Critical success factors / key deliverables:  

  • Critical success factors

    • Able to understand market dynamics and capture core insight to develop relevant implication from the opportunity and challenges for business strategy

    • To own the strong strategic marketing frame and thought process in developing strategy and communication

    • Collaboration with sales/functions and strong influencing skills on sales

    • Able to and willing to support marketing manager’s in terms of strategic frame, backing up marketing team is expected despite of the individual contributor

    • Develop and maintain int’l network to facilitate information gathering and global support  

  • Key deliverables

    • Strategic plan and budget plans to drive sustainable growth in a profitable way

    • Detailed execution plans for sales deploy in a timely manner and engaging sales on the plan

    • New product launch strategy and executional support on sales

    • Develop and execute valued added MedEd programs for sales and customer engagement

    • Strategy and programs to build professional and trustable relations with KOLs and key dealers

    • Plan and executional support related to 4P strategy

    • Market analysis and business performance analysis

    • Work closely with Operations team to manage inventory efficiently

    • Training programs for sales/dealers/customers

    • Budget management: NA, CER, and samples etc.

    • Manage marketing communication related tasks: branding at exhibition, exhibition management at the main congress, and so on.

,Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience: - Bachelor’s degree at the minimum - Min. 5 year experience in marketing - Preferably experience in Joint Replacement or orthopaedics industry - Medical or healthcare industry at least - Proficiency in verbal and written English - Able to manage operation room environmentProficient in Microsoft
