Job Description:

The Senior Brand Manager – LIFEPAK Professional Products is responsible for current and future success of a group or category of LIFEPAK® brand ALS/BLS products. The Senior Brand Manager develops strategies and drives execution of effective brand marketing initiatives and leads ad hoc cross-functional workgroups to maximize sales growth, increase market penetration, and grow product margins. The position also implements customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention programs for assigned product categories. The Senior Brand Manager effectively cultivates internal and external relationships, fostering effective collaboration between brand marketing, field sales and service teams, product engineering, and operations in order to deliver on brand marketing objectives and company strategic imperatives.


  • Identifies and develops product/brand market opportunities for assigned LIFEPAK® brand products or categories
  • Defines product line-of-business plans and leads execution of marketing plans linked to opportunities and revenue goals
  • Manages commercialization and market development efforts and workgroups for select products
  • Serves as an internal expert and external advisor to customers in collaboration with global field sales and service teams
  • Cultivates next generation key opinion leaders and influencers in collaboration with global sales and field service
  • Plans and conducts product-specific and solutions-based sales trainings and communications
  • Participates as a principal in key global customer visits to effectively represent product category as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Works in close partnership with global Brand Managers to drive growth/market share of entire professional ALS/BLS product portfolio
  • Adheres, without exception, to Corporate compliance and ethics policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required (emphasis in marketing or related discipline preferred)
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Masters of Business Administration, a Master's degree in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks with dynamic priorities
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic leadership, market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer perception and behaviors
  • Superior communications, analytics, and professional presentation skills
  • Superior understanding of diverse customer environments, complex customer business challenges, and an ability to synthesize large amounts of information from multiple customer viewpoints
  • Superior business acumen related to financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and advanced office or business intelligence applications (reporting tools, database tools)
  • Must have ability to effectively inspire and lead teams including potential for project-related direct reports
  • Must possess superior interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively drive teams to effective collaboration, including technical team members and external vendors

Working Conditions:

  • Up to 30% travel may be required
