Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pricing System:

  • Maintenance of SSS Pricing including timely and accurately coding, changes, updates and periodic review for ensuring integrity.
  • Manage GPO Activations and annual item updates.
  • Ensure all customer GPO coding are up to date in the system (as this would impact reporting).
  • Address pricing related questions from the field, customer base and internal business functions.
  • Provide any support for contract reviews.
  • Review, understand and escalate matters incongruent with business expectations.

ERP Masterfile Records:

  • Ensure all new or update requests for customers, vendors and employees are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accurately maintain and update Masterfile records for customer, vendors and employees while ensuring data integrity.

Cash and Credits Application

  • Accurately apply all cash or credit card payments received from the customers in a timely manner.
  • Accurately create and apply all customer related credits in a timely manner.

Commissions Systems Support:

  • Provide support for managing sales commissions coding and reporting.
  • Update existing commission’s record or create new ones as needed.


  • Provide support and backup to the team as needed/requested.

Duties may be removed or added to this role at management’s discretion.

Qualifications (Education, Certifications and/or Experience):

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates degree, B.B.A. or B.S. in accounting, business, finance, IT, economics or related field strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of accounting, pricing, IT systems or related experience required.
  • Ability to interact with others and be a team player.
  • Aptitude for accounting software systems. 
  • High standard of integrity, accuracy, organization, and prioritization.
  • Business Intelligence tools proficiency (Business Objects, Crystal Reports and/or Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize continuously shifting deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Decisive, flexible, critical and quick-thinking.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and ability to work with limited direction.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • JD Edwards experience is required and Xactly system experience preferred.
  • Experience with managing pricing systems preferred.
