What You Will do

Supports the IS Service Management Leadership in managing and contributing to the overall solution architecture of the APAC ERP System.

​ •        Develop and share technical solutions leveraging JDE services, tools and technologies to increase product awareness.

•        Collaborate with key strategic customers to author solutions to deliver business value quickly and efficiently.

•        Participate in deeply technical architectural discussions with customers, consult with Oracle field personnel to ensure customer solutions are designed for successful deployments to the cloud.

•        Lead discussion, design and architecture for projects, integration and on-premise enterprise solutions, engaging various CoreLogic business and technology teams as necessary

•        Work closely with other peer IT solutions architects in developing short- and long-range plans and reviews these plans with senior IT leadership as well as other organizational management.

•        Validate and future proof solution designs and software vendors, internal service providers, application business analysts, and application developers

•        Prepare, conduct, and evaluate proof-of-concept integration solutions per business use cases. Quantify the business values and articulate the value proposition to application teams and senior management

•        Document and diagram current and future state integration processes across business applications.

•        Work with GIO Business Analysts and external vendors on projects and Releases to ensure that the ERP platform and associated architecture is properly leveraged.

•        Research and monitor technology trends and methodologies to simplify and to deliver faster integration services

•        Understand and articulate how and what application and integration services can enable digital transformation in business functions, including smart manufacturing, mobility, supply chains, etc.

•        Engage in the full cycle of project delivery process i.e. requirement, design, build, test, go live, and support

•        Expand integration monitoring and alert capability

•        Attend the weekly Release Cycle / CRB Cadence Meetings

•        Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations

•        Continually work towards making improvements in and evaluating the current solutions to deliver greater business value

•        Participates and provides input into the Go-Live activities

•        Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks

•        Researches new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyzes their application to current configuration management needed

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems,
  • Strong ITIL awareness and training to a minimum of v3 Foundation level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • Demonstration of continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, other languages are a plus
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Oracle JDE Financials systems implementation and support
  • Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
  • Experience in international, multi-cultural companies is a plus
  • Experience in medical or other regulated industry is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and always changing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional departments and work with multiple layers of management including executive level.
  • Strong understanding of combining the Analytics for Process and Quality Function, Decision making and requirements perspective.
