Job Description

  • Ownership of individual Software Applications Roadmap and ensuring alignment to overall Additive Digital Roadmap.
  • Provide the following levels of support associated with Software Applications:
    • Level 1 Support (e.g. general inquiries, technical questions, troubleshooting, issue reproduction and basic procedural questions)
    • Level 2 Support (e.g. installation and configuration items, technical queries such as local system set-up, applying technical solutions to challenges)
    • Level 3 Support (complex configuration and technical items)
    • Level 4 Support (Managing vendor relationships on licencing, configuration and technical Items)
  • Take the lead when reviewing software enhancements and any design functionality associated with software applications.
  • Lead initiatives on continuously improving service reliability, performance and security of the software applications.
  • SME for related user documentation / standard operating procedures.
  • Lead software production deployment and upgrade activities.
  • Lead problem management initiatives associated with the software applications.
  • Learn and coach the wider business on new functionality being delivered.
  • Work collaboratively with other business functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to anticipate problems and demonstrate the required values, behaviours, competencies in achieving these results.
