What you will do

The Small Bone Brand Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic goals of the Small Bone capital and cutting accessory lines. They will be responsible for growing the newly launched F1 system, Stryker’s cordless small bone which, provides surgeons with a cordless, balanced, lightweight solution for procedures of the extremities. 


Responsibilities may include:

  • Defines and executes downstream brand and marketing strategy for assigned Stryker Surgical products to achieve divisional revenue goals within allocated budget
  • Provides advice and counsel to senior business leaders about strategic opportunities to grow brands and financial results
  • Works strategically with sales force to create demand, enable sales, increase awareness and drive market share for assigned product responsibilities
  • Defends value and pricing of assigned products through generation of clinical evidence or healthcare economic data
  • Participates in key customer visits to represent product portfolio; estimated travel ≤ 40%
  • Adhere, without exception, to Corporate compliance and ethics policies
  • Networks closely with other Brand Managers to develop overall strategies to drive growth/market share of entire surgical product portfolio
  • Collaborates with Sales Trainer to create curriculum and conduct sales training courses

What you need

  • B.B.A. or B.S. degree (emphasis in marketing or related discipline preferred)
  • Masters of Business Administration or a Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience relevant experience
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking / market analysis /competitive analysis / consumer behavior
  • Strong communication / presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong financial acumen related to conducting ROI, NPV, Total Cost of Ownership and other analyses
