Job Description


The Site Facility Coordinator will be responsible for managing, executing and providing Facility Management Services with the focus on controlling the building service systems, Offices supplies, EHS, equipment and Site maintenance for both the Office building and the embedded repair center on the Stryker Site in Maastricht.


  • Coordinating, managing and being the contact person for all Facility Suppliers (contract management)
  • Coordinating, managing and being the contact person for all Accounts Payable procedures for the Site Facility Suppliers
  • Coordinating, managing and being the contact person for all Cleaning, Waste & Disposal procedures at the site
  • Being the contact person (internal and external) and executing all small repairs / Handy-man activities. Managing sub-contractors if applicable
  • Coordinating, managing and executing all EHS, First Aid and security controlled procedures
  • Coordinating, managing and being the contact person for all visits, Conference Room Management, (internal) mail and reception services
  • Order and manage the standard office stationary
  • Ensure compliance to the required Facility Services Regulations like applicable for the Site


  • Demonstrated Facility Services skills
  • Effective communication skills, able to represent (well groomed) the Stryker Corporation for both internal and external parties
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proactive attitude on Site maintenance / small repairs based on (internal) requests
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Capacity to deal with more than one task in parallel / Trouble-shooting
  • Pro-actively work together with the Facility Service team members at other Stryker Sites


  • High school (minimal MBO) diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of work experience in Facility Services / Handyman services
  • 1 year of working experience with QAD


  • Office and light manufacturing environment requiring significant use of standard office equipment, including computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
  • Minimal (<10%) travel may be required.
  • Light use of ‘Handy-man’ tools
