Job Description

In this exciting Service Coordinator role, you will be an integral member of the Technical Services team, based in New Zealand, allocating and prioritising the workload for Repair Technicians while ensuring the Field Service Engineers have everything they need to perform their role!

This is a temporary contract with an opportunity to become permanent.

What You Will Do:

  • Be first point of contact for all Technical Service enquiries from customers and colleagues
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to everyone you interact with
  • Manage the booking of incoming repair jobs, prioritising based on circumstances driving the workflow of the Repair Technicians
  • Ship and receive international repair jobs, in partnership with overseas suppliers
  • Manage service contracts with Stryker's customers, including documentation, invoicing and reporting

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced communication skills and ability build rapport easily with people
  • A knack for learning new products and systems quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a high technology environment with a high degree of attention to detail
