Job Description

In this exciting Service Administrator role, you will be an integral member of the Technical Services team, allocating and prioritizing the workload for service partners, completing the intake for service requests and planning while ensuring the service partners have everything, they need to perform their role! This is a 12-month contract with an opportunity to become permanent.

What You Will Do:

  • Be first point of contact for all Technical Service inquiries from our service providers
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service as well as clear and concise to everyone you interact with
  • Manage the booking of incoming warranty repair claims, prioritising based on circumstances driving the workflow of the service provider
  • Ship and receive international repair jobs, in partnership with overseas suppliers and service providers
  • Manage product field action completion and documenting/completing payment process
  • Analyzing data and trends and translating this into business insights using tools (e.g Power BI, excel)
