This is a truly dynamic opportunity for a talented Tender Specialist who is keen to have a successful career in Stryker’s commercial environment. The goal of this position is to be the influencer and project driver that is driven to succeed by using the appropriate Tender programs for the Nordics.

What you will do:

You will pursue all stakeholders to meet deadlines to accomplish business opportunities. You will build strong, personal relationships with key decision makers. You are a charismatic networker who will influence, partner and proactively engage with internal and external contacts in order to build strong relationships and win tenders.  You will act as an advisor to the sales team.

  • You will enhance, optimize and improve an already great tender process, to be best in class in the Nordics
  • You will lead the Tender & Pricing process, cross-functionally, to achieve Stryker commercial and corporate goals.
  • You will join a team of 5 passionate tender talents to drive Stryker’s agenda inside and outside of the organization within an extremely busy and deadline focused environment.


  • Bring your energy and sales understanding to build the market together with sales

  • Support the sales team as the go-to expert in tender, contracts and analyses inquiries next to supporting
  • Are fully accountability and responsible in managing the preparation, submission and the outcome of Tenders. 
  • Respond to on-going internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing including the preparation of margin analysis for list prices, tenders and bids.
  • Support with collection of information for business case analysis on offers and tenders.
  • Bring your knowledge of Medical Device environment and tending
  • Are a native Swedish and/or Finish speaker and are fluent in English
  • Get up in the morning to win and energize your team by bringing a strong commercial personality
  • Are customer friendly and driven in line with our Stryker culture
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Are a team player

You have:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Tenders or other relevant positions such as: purchaser, bid manager, procurement or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an international business environment preferably within our industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Super user in Excel.
  • Fluent Swedish and English

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 20%
