Job Description


  • Primary responsibility of the Sr. Technician will be Research and Development lab management.  This will include maintenance of all tools, instruments and equipment and ensure compliance and timely preventive maintenance measures. 
  • Technician will also be responsible for the maintenance of all Robotic systems for R&D department.  Additional duties will include:
  • Under little to no supervision schedules, designs and preforms unique experiments as requested, evaluates and confirms test data accuracy and generates formal verbal and/or written reports on the findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Will extract and process data/findings into formal written and verbal reports which comply with FDA requirements
  • Experience with Metrology equipment; CMM, Articulate Arm, Laser scanners and trackers, Tensile/compression and fatigue Testers
  • Experience in tool release
  • Experience in working with equipment suppliers
  • Electro-mechanical background, ability to innovate, design and assemble test fixture.
  • Hands on experience with Machine shop tools: Lathe, Milling machine, CNC, etc.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic team environment, to think outside the box and solve complex problem


  • High school diploma with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • AS or BS in relevant discipline preferred.
