Job Description

• Provide technical and repair support service for dealers and customers.
• Conduct product installation, and develop operation / maintenance guide for customers.
• Solicit and compile feedback from customers and build close relationship with them.
• Plan and Set up i-suite system in Hospital and provide after service and PM Service.
• Manage the spare parts and repairing tools.
• Maintain Service Report within 48 hours and Track for  necessary TS document to ensure quality assurance and report Technical Service Status to TS manager.
• Manage customer claim and report any critical issue to Quality Management Representative following by Corrective Action Preventive Action procedure and PI(Complaint)
• Provide TechCare service and repair support service for Dealers and customers and get feedback TS service performanace
• i-Suite project management for customers and dealers and support hospital facility construction.
• All products (Endoscopy, Instruments, Communications, Navigation) repairable without any supervision and provide on-the-job training/support to new team members.
