Job Description

What will you do-

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is part of our  Corporate Indirect Procurement function, and is focused on supporting the business in the efficient and effective procurement of indirect goods and services.

Specific responsibilities of the Sr. Supply Chain Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Review Coupa requisitions and ensure complete, and aligned to any category sourcing strategies
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner, and troubleshoot any process problems
  • Approve new suppliers & minimize purchasing/administrative burden on the requester
  • Work with Sourcing team and recommend suppliers to be brought under contract or onto catalog
  • Assist in resolving invoices that have failed tolerance checks
  • Help to maintain Coupa content and Buying Instructions
  • Identify/drive process improvement opportunities, and support ad-hoc projects as required
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders
  • Deliver commitments on time and as needed

What you need-

Required:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in procure to pay processes, other business processes or project management roles, preferably with exposure to buying roles.

Ideal candidates will also possess the following:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must have strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong project management capability and experience
  • Indirect or direct purchasing and/or production planning experience preferred
  • Preferred skills – MRP proficiency, Purchasing system/procedures, Supplier Management
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
