  • Providing instant pricing guidance to sales representatives, regional managers, and marketing

  • Designing, documenting and executing processes and programs that align our actions and help sales representatives perform at their best

  • Providing a set of experiences that make sure all internal and external customers are enabled to operate in a productive, customer-centric, and collaborative way

  • Providing pricing and data project initiation and leadership

  • Ensuring stakeholders always have accurate and complete information delivered in a highly impactful manner

  • Conducting Special Ad hoc Studies and Analyses

  • Onboarding new hires and taking charge of their success

  • Identifying target accounts and outlier prices for risk exposure reduction

  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


Tasks You’ll Be Juggling


  • Collaborating with leaders of various functions to oversee and execute on our strategy for growing our business

  • Driving consistent communication & cohesion amongst, within and across various functions and across all areas of influence and responsibility

  • Providing day-to-day consultation and guidance for contracting and pricing related matters

  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to set list prices and maintain key price points

  • Strategizing with Sales Representatives and Leadership on effective negotiation and contracting methods.

  • Reviewing incoming work and collaborating with the team on appropriate responses. 

  • Conduct Special Ad Hoc Studies and Analyses to evaluate business opportunities and assess risk

  • Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage by matching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of the organization

  • Developing and maintaining organizational best practices for department and intra-department workflow

Education/Special Training Required:


  • Bachelors in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration


Qualifications/work experience:


  • 3-7 years experience

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Solid business acumen

  • Excellent Excel skills including use of pivot tables

  • Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Model N

  • Conflict Management

  • Skilled Negotiations

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Time management

  • Written communication

  • Presentation skills
