What you will do:

Be an engineer in one of the most successful divisions of Stryker.  Be part of a cross-functional team that produces electromechanical devices to enhance the surgical environment for surgeons and healthcare providers. '

What you NEED:

  • B.S. in Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Industry experience is preferred
  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Versatility, flexibility, ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • MBA education is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills; ability to describe issues, plans and objectives.
  • Preferred technical competencies and experience:
    • Medical device design experience or experience in another regulated industry

Work From Home: Regularly scheduled days

Travel Percentage: 20%
