Job Description

Main objective / purpose of the role:
Responsible for source, interview, and ultimately bring diverse talent onto the Stryker team. Builds relationships with hiring managers, diverse recruitment sources, coordinates information sessions/interview training, screens perspective employees, and coordinates interviews and final offer letters.

The role has scope Latin America, based initially in São Paulo, will recruit for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.

Critical success factors / key deliverables:

Full cycle Recruitment
Sources, recruits, screens with Gallup metodology, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, support staff and possibly management.
May utilize the services of employment agencies. Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media.

Employer Branding
Implement and be responsible for projects and activities related to Employer Branding for the Latin America Region.

Project Management
Lead and support to new and ongoing recruiting projects as asigned.

May conduct interviewing training and techniques.

Aplicant Tracking System & Reports
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including statistics.

Associate must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

Job Requirements

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
  • University graduation in Administration, Human Resources or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferred inhouse recruitment.
  • Fluent Spanish / Advanced English / Advanced Portuguese
  • Office Intermediate
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Stryker experience will be considered in related areas.
