We are looking for someone who thrives on outside-the-box thinking when it comes to sourcing and implementing new ideas into our processes. Recruiting for our sales force means you’ll partner with sales and business leaders to execute a strategy for identifying top talent and future leaders. This person will implement creative solutions for candidate sourcing, best practice around a candidate experience and onboarding journey and people-centric solutions to ensure we have the right person in the right role at the right time. You will also own and oversee the recruiting function by forecasting needs based on skills and implementing strategies to future success.

A day in the life of a recruiter could include:
  • Sourcing: Help us look beyond the resumes and find the best candidates leveraging our diverse sourcing approach and various technologies (e.g., Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, etc.)
  • Candidate Outreach and Marketing: Initial phone interviews with candidates, scheduling of onsite interviews, managing the initial onboarding process, etc. Write compelling job ads, initiating posting strategies, and influencing prospective candidates. Attend industry conferences and networking events with a clear plan to develop relationships and network of referral sources
  • Social Media: Help us drive online engagement through various social media outlets including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Administrative: We do our best to leverage technology, but we’ll look for you to dig in and help us operate efficiently and provide our candidates and hiring managers with an exceptional experience.

  • Identify and participate in networking activities to build relationships and connect with future talent

You should come prepared with:
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, ideally with 2+ years in sales recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Solid sourcing experience and creative pipeline management
  • Proven results as a partner with hiring managers
  • Successful track record in implementing recruiting strategies in a growing organization
  • Strong analytical skills and examples of data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
