What you will do

As a Senior Quality Engineer – Customer Complaints you will be the first point of contact for our customer by receiving their returned complaint products. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words, so by physically seeing and testing these products we can truly understand the customer experience. This is a unique opportunity and invaluable information, first hand product experience allows you to bring your findings to cross functional partners such as Design Quality Assurance, R&D and Marketing to improve our existing products, innovate new products and improve patient care.

  • Develops qualification plans, protocols, and reports, for existing products, new products, sub-assemblies, and parts.
  • Implements testing and inspection methodology.
  • In accordance with risk management, design control, and quality procedures, the engineer plans, writes protocols and provides reports.
  • Perform failure analyses and defect investigations.
  • Analyzes and recommends revisions of specifications and processes.
  • Participates on team projects and complete assignments.
  • Interfaces with other Neurovascular engineering teams, customers, and regulatory agency representatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline. 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a regulated environment or medical device specifically
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated used of problem-solving tools/methodologies.

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
