Job Description

Your key responsibilities

  • The Project Manager position is principally a management role assuring and reporting against overall delivery of the Supplier Quality Programs and Project Plans. 
  • The Manager, Supplier Quality Projects is responsible for team performance, review and development as appropriate.
  • This role will require interface with all functions within the Stryker organization and supplier network.
  • They will work closely with all the relevant key stakeholders to ensure that projects plans are established, managed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • They must ensure that all projects are carried out and documented in accordance with Stryker Quality, Regulatory requirements and within budget.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring over all compliance to Stryker Corporate requirements and ensuring Stryker Suppliers can meet and/or exceed the requirements 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to own and lead multiple projects with a broad scope and high level of complexity and able to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain management in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Validation and Production Process monitoring
  • Must possess good communication, project management and leadership skills as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and negotiations skills.
  • Good problem solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete projects in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Food and Drug regulations, as well as of European and international regulatory/industry guidelines/standards, and ability to interpret and apply.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across the organization and to resolve conflicts/ project issues
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial data.
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft Project, Office.
  • Significant travel required.
