What you will do-

In this role you will support the Program Management Office for the Endoscopy Division.  You will manage several processes to collect and analyze data which will be used by the business to make key decisions such as which new products to invest in.  You will be involved with high-impact projects throughout the Division, from creating new products, to integrating newly-acquired companies, to finding ways to drive efficiency in the business.  You will coordinate with functional managers to gather resourcing information, with IBP to gather sales data, with Project Managers to gather project data, and with project teams to gather project status.  Additionally, you will support PMO management in facilitating meetings and with other special assignments as needed.

This role involves managing many processes and assignments at once, and often involves holding others in higher grades accountable.  To be successful, you should be detail-oriented and great at keeping tasks from falling through the cracks, and talented at driving people to provide you on-time deliverables while still maintaining positive relationships.

Primary roles and responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO’s efforts to implement processes and execute projects efficiently

  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of project and portfolio information including resource allocations, budget, costs, and schedule

  • Analyze data collected and identify trends which assists the business in decision-making

  • Provide strategic recommendations for resource utilization.

  • Coordinate project team and business meetings including logistics, attendance, set-up, meeting minute generation and distribution

  • Hold action item owners accountable for on-time closure of items- Action item owners can be Sr. Managers, Directors, and VPs

  • Assist Program Managers and Project Managers in Planning Sessions, schedule data entry and collection of weekly status​

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 4 years related business experience – (Project Management, Finance, Demand Planning, etc. strongly preferred)

  • Degree or background that allows you to understand business problems and trade-offs

  • Successful track record in Project Management or business process ownership preferred

  • Medical device experience preferred
