Job Description

Main objective / purpose of the role:
- This position is responsible for delivering products on time to achieve Korea shipment target and maximize customer’s satisfaction through supply chain management with focusing on cost control and meeting the target inventory level.

Critical success factors / key deliverables:
- Plan, purchase and manage Stryker products to achieve the goals of planning and business
- To deliver IBP target(Demand Error & NRP Error Rate), work closely with sales & marketing, suppliers and finance to reconcile order/shipment forecast to business plan and have a periodical IBP meeting with stakeholders to build single SCM plan
- To manage PLCM, update tracker and share status of phase-in/out products with stakeholders and also optimize inventory level as well as on time delivery of go-to products
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly sales orders, monitor shipment status with warehouse and record the proper information into JDE system
- Analyze, review historical sales report or statistical analysis report and forecast demand accordingly
- Liaise with Trade & Customs, and Warehouse to deliver the products in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost with most efficient delivery way to achieve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and secure all saleable and non-salable inventories at optimum level
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute SO and PO process, and follow up the process until receiving products to warehouse
- Evaluate the SO & PO process and recommends process improvements or change to maintain ISO13485 certification
- Correspond with overseas suppliers for open&backorder management and supply issues such as packaging, shipping, PLM, demand forecast
- Manage inventory and ensure to meet the inventory KPI such as DII, E&O, Inventory trend
- Follow up quality management process(ISO) as an official coordinator and also any other required financial audit(FCPA/SOX)
- Actively involve in regular or irregular stocktaking to ensure the correct inventory planning and P&L reflection
- Performs other duties as required

Job Requirements

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematical background, or industrial engineering
- More than 5 years in medical device industry
- Knowledge on SCM and International Trade
- Preferential knowledge on SCM, CPIM, SPC or 6Sigma, but not mandatory
- OA Skills at excel + visual basic will be a plus
