We currently have an opportunity within our Marketing division for a Senior Marketing Associate –Joint Replacement based in our Sydney Head Office;


Specific responsibilities include:


The main objective of this role is to aid in the management of the Joint Replacement Portfolio to ensure Stryker South Pacific’s success in achieving market share, attaining and retaining market leadership and optimising profitability.


This includes supporting the Product Manager in the following areas:

  • Formulate and drive marketing plans for new and existing products
  • Develop and measure product promotion campaigns
  • Provide the sales team with leadership and technical support - including product training and current market/product information
  • Organise and participate in conferences - including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff
  • Aid in the execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Create Joint Replacement marketing collateral and communications material

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate with demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with prior medical marketing experience and strong business acumen are encouraged to apply.
