What you will do

As a Senior Manager, RA/QA Functional Learning and Development, you’ll work cross-functionally and corporate-wide to design and lead program development, functional training and talent management strategies to support the organizational sustainability efforts of the RA/QA function. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize key training needs
  • Work with Talent Management, RA/QA leadership teams, and Subject Matter
  • Experts to develop talent management and training programs that meet organizational needs
  • Oversee the administration of the RA/QA Leadership Academy and find ways to
  • improve and expand that program.
  • Develop strategies to address global training needs in an efficient and cost effective
  • manner
  • Manage the design of RA/QA development initiatives such as the development of development rotational program
  • Facilitate live training

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, RA/QA, Business, HR, Talent Management, or related field
    is required
  • 8+ years of experience in Regulatory, Quality, HR, Talent Management,
    or closely related roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and solid working knowledge of adult
    learning concepts, tools, and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and drive cross-functional
    programs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills and expertise in others
