Senior Industrial Engineer – Model Farm Rd 


We are hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer join our Neurovascular team and are ideally looking for candidates with 2 years + relevant experience in a CI (Continuous Improvement)/Industrial Engineering role with a six-sigma qualification.

This role will be based in Stryker Model Farm Rd and is on an initial 12-month FTC.

What You will Do: 

On a daily basis you will be a key player in ensuring that Stryker Neurovascular’s drive towards continuing excellence progresses. 

As our business continues to grow it will be among your key responsibilities to drive & implement our LEAN philosophy throughout the site. 

Key tasks will include – leading Kaizen events, conducting capacity analysis’ and preparing floor layouts to optimise production processes. 

You will be a key mentor and coach to Team Leaders and other staff throughout the site.


What You Need: 


  • Degree or Masters in relevant Engineering or Science discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Production etc). 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant Lean or Industrial Engineering experience 

  • Experience in AutoCAD (preferred, not mandatory). 

  • Extensive knowledge and application of Lean/IE tools and methods 

  • Work Measurement experience. 

  • Creativity and Innovation. 

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively. 

  • Project Management skills. 

  • Team working skills. 

  • Leadership skills 

  • Change Management skills
