Job Description

Summary

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities

  • Performs payroll service management in accordance with the related laws, legislation and corporate policies.
  • Responsible for time clocking (PDKS) system and relevant reports
  • Preparing reports regarding HR functions.
  • Being a source for others in relation to the labour law and related legislations.
  • Analyze and implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
  • Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
  • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).
  • Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives by being a co-pilot to the business
  • Play a role in administering employee files, talent management and succession planning activity within client organization.
  • Have a key role on employee engagement and development initiatives
  • Support recruitment activities where needed

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced in Manufacturing industry
  • Detailed oriented and analytic
  • Experienced on the payroll processes
  • Good knowledge about the Employment law and relevant legislation
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle various tasks
  • Team worker & collaborative
  • Strategic mindset
  • At least 4 years’ HR experience
