Job Description

The Sr. Financial Analyst will analyze and evaluate the performance of the organization's financial, operational, and managerial processes systems to identify risks, areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. You will collect, examine, analyze, and verify information about the organization's systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational members where required. Identify, analyze, and document aspects of the organization's systems and processes that do not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organization's policies and operating procedures. You will develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity, and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. You will contribute to the preparation of audit reports that accurately document the audit process and its findings.

What you will do:

  • Act as a Business Partner for local management and be responsible for driving and managing the financial performance of the plant.
  • Sets up/maintains a compliant internal control environment in agreement to Stryker, US-GAAP , policies and guidelines.
  • Setting of the annual product costs and drives cost leverage to improve operating results.
  • Preparation of the sites monthly accounts +  projections + annual budget
  • Maintain the integrity of supporting financial systems

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 2 - 4 years of related accounting or finance experience
  • Cost accounting experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-national, FDA regulated manufacturing environment is preferred

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
