Job Description

This position will be responsible for the weekly/monthly/yearly financial statement preparation of internal reports (Division Management) and external reports (Corporate) as well as assisting the Director of Finance with analysis and commentary.  This position will also be responsible for analyzing selling expense (the largest dollar expense line in the Divisions Income Statement) detail, recommending cost savings initiatives, as well as projecting and budgeting these expenses and explaining variances.

  • Responsible for reporting Division financial statements and other Corporate required data through Hyperion consolidation system

  • Responsible for reporting Division financial statements for internal management review and commentary to Corporate.

  • Responsible for preparation of senior management presentation material of financial statements.

  • Responsible for consolidation and preparation of Corporate quarterly and year end reporting packages (in addition to monthly Hyperion requirements).

  • Analyze other significant dollar items in the sales organization such as meetings, T&E, instrument purchases, headcount (compensation) as well as provide budget, projection, and actual variance commentary for these items.variance commentary for these items.variance commentary for these items.
