Job Description

This position will be joining the Joint Replacement Finance team within Stryker’s Reconstructive Division.  This role will be responsible for supporting the Orthopaedics US field selling organization through month-end close activities, annual budgeting and projection cycles, ongoing report generation, business review preparation and delivery, ad-hoc analysis, and assisting with all matters that impact the company’s financial performance.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis of the Selling P&L as well as provide budget, projection, and actual variance commentary during month-end.

  • Build and manage ongoing monthly reporting packages and KPI’s for our sales management team.

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews by providing insightful advice and recommendation to sales leadership.

  • Responsible for reporting the financial statements of our selling organization through our Hyperion consolidation system.

  • Assist with the month-end close through journal entry preparation and account reconciliation of key accounts.

  • Coordinate and assist in all aspects of the annual budget submission as well as the monthly and quarterly projection cycles.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned by the Finance Leader.
