Job Description


The Sr Finance Analyst is responsible for:

Secure the Day to Day

• Responsible for analysis and assessment of business results (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)

• Responsible for cost center reporting and analysis

• Responsible for functional reporting and analysis like Cost per Unit, Unit Volumes, Freight reporting, Customs & Duties, etc.

• Monitor EMEA SCO assets; make sure all accounting is appropriate and correct. Provide feedback to European Finance Shared Services team.

Strengthening the base

• Responsible for Budget process and Forecasting cycles

• Provide necessary reporting to support the LS EMEA business reviews

• Provide necessary support on Lead, Engage, Lean (LEL) initiatives

• Gatekeeper of indirect procurement process by monitoring all the financial flows between LS EMEA and the Financial shared services

New Business Needs/ Opportunities:

• Identify new LEL initiatives for cost reduction opportunities and efficiency gains

• Provide financial assistance to projects / initiatives where needed (On average 20)

• Support CER development, business case build, and expenses tracking for LS EMEA

Develop for the future:

• Implement standardized CER tracker for expenses and headcount for all current and future initiatives in LS EMEA

• Close collaboration with SCO Finance to support all global initiatives as required

Job Requirements



Profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Minimum 4/5 years’ experience in a finance in an international environment. Experience in Supply Chain is a big plus, but not mandatoy
  • Passionate about database setup and data management
  • Experience with International Standards (e.g. SoX/ISO/FDA)
  • High ethical standards
