Job Description

  • Order management – processing orders via WOS( Web Ordering System) , This covers everything from the point of receving an order right through to delivery as well as dealing with relevant returns.
  • Back order and Open order management.
  • Assists sales promotion activites
  • Handles nonformity refers to a quality ( defected , expiration date , loss and damage)
  • Coordinates when order discrepancies and delivery errors.
  • Supports consingment stock management.
  • Complies with customer complaints in terms of Order to Delivery 
  • Resolves system issues with global information service team.
  • Works closely with Inventory Planner and Warehouse Distribution team to ensure timely shipment of goods.
  • Works with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Ensures customer files are updated with the relevant information on a regular basis.
  • Communicates and coordinates with intermal customers  if necessary .
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints.
  • Supervision of junior staff
  • Communicates and collaborates with other members to resolve various issues.
  • Ensures that all activities comply with ethical standards and the internal QMS
