We are looking for a Trauma Product Specialist in Sweden with focus on Stockholm region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person or a healthcare professional that has a passion for medical devices to step into the Med Tech world and build an exciting career as a sales person. ln this role you will work with our leading Trauma & Extremities product portfolio including implants and medical devices such as surgical instruments to treat bone fractures. You will report to the National Sales Manager for Sweden and strongly collaborate with your colleagues within Trauma & Extremities and other product groups.

Your key responsibilities

  • Sell innovative, life-changing Trauma & Extremities products to help improving healthcare for patients and to grow our business in the region.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
  • Together with your network in Stryker you plan, execute and monitor all measures to improve our brand in the region and to create a stronger customer relationship.
  • Collaboration as one team is important - share your ideas and best practices to influence business strategy and also the success of your colleagues.
  • Using your product knowledge and quick thinking you’re always supportive, e.g. in the operation theater or in workshops to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to properly use and maintain our life-changing products.

What are we looking for?

  • Passionate about selling high quality products in a medical environment with a high customer focus.
  • Education or background in sales, marketing, healthcare (nurse, physiotherapist, clinical specialist), life sciences or engineering.
  • Experience in sales of medical devices preferred but not mandatory.
  • A Graduate or a person with other experiences. Most important is your passion for our products and your drive & motivation to add value to customers.
  • Relations with orthopaedic surgeons or general surgery in territory is clear advantage.
  • Fluent in Swedish and good in English.
  • Full valid EU driving licence.
