What you will do

As a Neurovascular Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to sell products that save our patients’ lives.

You will own many aspects of the business and will help Stryker advance the sales effort to include a broader array of stakeholders such as non-clinical buyers. Demonstrating your ability to create longer term strategic plans, you will play a critical role in supporting pricing and strategic negotiations with clear tactics and implementation methods focusing on the return on investment. Systematically tracking your territory progress and forecasting sales, you’ll proactively communicate your findings with your Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.

What you need

  • 3-5 years demonstrated successful sales experience (medical device or medical industry would be a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships
  • Result orientation and perseverance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to training & educational programs preferred
  • 2-3 years of University/technical study in administration/sales/paramedical or equivalent.
