Job Description

Your key responsibilites:

  • Maintaining existing business, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities for SAGE products now part of Stryker (oral care, preoperative skin care and antiseptic washing, patient cleaning and hygiene, transfer, turning and positioning devices and heel protection) in the Bavaria region.
  • Interacting with and building strong relationships with customers in the ICU departments (particularly Nurses) to develop market share in the region. Negotiating with doctors, hygiene, care, clinic administrators and purchasing departments.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff and customers   Reporting on sales activities, budgets and account planning on a regular basis.
  • Preparing tender responses in consultation with sales and key account management   Maintaining the EDV based customer database / CRM tool   Up to 100% travel – typically 4 days on-site with customers and 1 day working from home office per week (Sales Rep manages their own diary to schedule this).

What are we looking for:

  • Certified Pharmacist / Specialist
  • Natural science, nursing or technical degree or similar training in medicine
  • Several years sales experience of investment and consumption goods, usually in infection prevention
  • Experience in project management
  • Must be energetic, purposeful and success-oriented and be ready to travel
  • Fluently in speaking and writing the local language and English
