What you will do

As a Sales Representative within the Patient Care Division of Stryker Medical, you are in the early stages of developing your sales career, we will support you to strategically promote and sell Strykers Bed and Surface portfolio to meet our customers’ needs. You naturally love to seek out new business, and are motivated to develop the market further across the North and East of the U.K. We will train and empower you to confidently conduct audits, generate leads & trial evaluations both in the Acute hospital environment and an office setting, persuasively demonstrating the value of our innovative products. With our support after you first six months you will be systematically tracking your territory progress, proactively communicating your findings and providing forecasts to your Regional Manager, while pushing yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you will eventually use your product knowledge and strategic thinking to develop your capital sales pipeline, solve problems and challenge the traditional thinking of hospital executives, doctors, nurses and other staff as to how our solutions can drive the continuum of care and improve outcomes for their

Patients, caregivers and the healthcare institutions.

This role covers a big territory due to its customer base and frequency of sales. Your geography in this role would be The Midlands, North East and the North West

This role would suit someone who is happy with lots of travel and who enjoys the challenge of dealing with new customers on a weekly basis”

As a Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need

Educated to degree level, experience working within a healthcare related field.

Life science, medical or business related degree desirable.

Some sales experience would be advantageous but not necessary.

Strong communication/presentation skills and able to influence decision makers and thought leaders
