What you will do

Sales:

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for each product category and in target accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Understand the commercial workings of the government and private sector and use this knowledge to win market share from competitors.
  • Always win.
  • Recognize buying signals and react appropriately.
  • Always close.
  • Support more junior sales reps in their sales process. 
  • Support RSM with tendering proposals.

Consult:

  • Discuss current concepts and offer informed opinions on recent developments on products and procedures. 
  • Actively look for clinical improvements.
  • Hold credible clinical conversations at all levels and position products accordingly.
  • Add value and inspire a sense of confidence in the operating room.
  • Act as an advisor to clinical customers and be a true resource to the team.

Service:

  • Act with integrity and reactively deliver on commitments within the required timescales.
  • Regularly exceed customer expectations and proactively suggests improvements.

Business Planning:

  • Construct a business plan with SWOT analysis, SMART objectives and back-up plans.

What you will need:

  • 4-8 years Sales experience
  • A proven track record in Sales (3-4 years)
  • Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferable
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferred
  • To be comfortable working in the operating room
  • The ability to Work under limited supervision and instruction of more experienced staff
  • Native Dutch and fluent English
