Job Requirements:

  • Autonomous planning, prioritization and execution of required sales activities and customer support as well as implementation of marketing and sales strategies by physicians, users and customers to maintain customer satisfaction / quality and increase sales

  • Negotiations with doctors, clinic administrations, purchasing departments as well as effective offer management

  • Market observations to strengthen your own position and constant analysis of your own sales area

  • Recognizing customer needs and responding appropriately to changing customer and market situations

  • Communicate and negotiate with customers using appropriate and appropriate methods to ensure a profitable and sustainable relationship

  • Participate in in-house meetings to discuss organizational, development, and business issues and enhance relevant knowledge and skills

  • Participation and partial organization of congresses and training for and from customers

  • Constant development of relevant personal skills, independently and in coordination with the company

  • Observance and unconditional compliance with the valid requirements of health and safety regulations as well as respectful treatment of all business partners and their employees,

  • Compliance, especially with regard to traceability (Stryker Code of Conduct)

 Experience:

  • Above-average degree with an economic, scientific or technical focus as well as several years of professional experience in the distribution of capital goods or consumables requiring explanation. Market knowledge and medical background knowledge are an advantage!

  • You are proficient in the standard PC tools and have good to very good command of spoken and written English and possibly further foreign language skills

  • They communicate and present safely and eloquently in front of a larger group

  • They are earnings, sales and goal-oriented

  • They work reliably and sustainably

  • They are OP suitable
