Very good knowledge of competing products and their presence at our customers / prospects end. Acts as trainer / Mentor for new recruits (all grades)

Build loyalty of his/her customers through solid trust, reliability and high level of commitment.

Builds independently a solid action plan for 3 years with a SWOT analysis, SMART objectives and detailed analysis of the sector. Defines adapted actions to the priority targets and implement a strategy in order to establish a pipline over the long term. Has responsability for the delivery of end results and contribution to planning, finances/budget and policy development.
Determines action steps and milestones required to implement initiatives and processes; adjusts activities or timelines as circumstances warrant

Encourages colleagues to ensure high performance
Focuses on return-on-investment (ROI) when communicating and executing on strategic priorities
Win's major deals, has precise comprehesion of customer expectations, business issues and influence games. Recognized as the key interlocutor / the "Advisor" customers. Customers are emotionally attached to the person and the products.
Create cross-divisional deals and leads complex negotiations at high level

Identifies specific areas for feedback, coaching and development
Works to set specific development goals and identifies milestones for goal achievement for other team members

Regulary supports and coaches other team members.
