Job Description

Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise that typically requires a college degree or equivalent.   The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 or more years experience.


Is widely recognized as an expert in his/her role regularly inspiring and supporting his/her colleagues.  Inspire great confidence among surgeons, who do not hesitate to consult his/her opinion. Increases business impact by building collaborative networks internally and externally.

Makes procedural or process suggestions for achieving goals
Is able to discuss concepts and products development, and is able to have a conversation with top professionals.
Very good knowledge of competing products and their presence at our customers / prospects end. Acts as trainer / Mentor for new recruits (all grades)

Build loyalty of his/her customers through solid trust, reliability and high level of commitment.

Builds independently a solid action plan for 3 years with a SWOT analysis, SMART objectives and detailed analysis of the sector. Defines adapted actions to the priority targets and implement a strategy in order to establish a pipeline over the long term. Has responsibility for the delivery of end results and contribution to planning, finances/budget and policy development.
Determines action steps and milestones required to implement initiatives and processes; adjusts activities or timelines as circumstances warrant

Focuses on return-on-investment (ROI) when communicating and executing on strategic priorities
Win's major deals, has precise comprehension of customer expectations, business issues and influence games. Recognized as the key interlocutor / the "Advisor" customers. Customers are emotionally attached to the person and the products.
Create cross-divisional deals and leads complex negotiations at high level

Identifies specific areas for feedback, coaching and development
Works to set specific development goals and identifies milestones for goal achievement for other team members

Regularly supports and coaches other team members.
