What you will do

  • Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow the territory
  • Learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers
  • Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Support compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and company policies & procedures.

Majors Targeted: Business, Business Management

What you need

  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above
  • Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
  • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
