Job Description

General Description:

Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting and other financial areas.

Essential Functions:

  • Researches Order issues for Stryker Endoscopy Salesforce
  • Updates or corrects sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quotas.
  • Runs reports for the Stryker Endoscopy Sales Management Team (Executive Vice President, Directors and Regional Managers) that will facilitate business decisions.
  • Compiles reports for monthly, quarterly and annual report information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Works with cross-functionally to gather information and to ensure verification.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Contributes to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
  • Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.
  • Invests in employee involvement and development by fostering personal growth, being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business and treating all with dignity and respect. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must understand operations, process and procedures and be able to represent this information in financial/statistical format.
  • Must be able to consistently apply GAAP to all activities and functions.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must exhibit leadership skills within the financial reporting area.
  • Must be PC literate with working knowledge of standard accounting/financial software.
  • Advanced excel experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively.
  • Exceptional inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
