What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the implementation and execution of the sales operations processes.
- Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the designated business unit.
- Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and development materials
- Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.
- Will be a liaison between the assigned business unit to sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management matters.
- Will execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
- Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
- Will provide training on sales tools and processes to others as requested.
- Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics and pricing metrics.
- Will improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and sales growth.
- Will monitor compliance with pricing policies.
- Will suggest and assist with implementing pricing strategy determined by the division and business unit leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0-2 years relevant experience required.
- Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, pricing and reporting preferred.
