Within Medical we are searching for a Sales Associate to support sales organisation in the Benelux. The goal of this exciting position is to develop and execute marketing plans, including marketing programs, operations, collateral, data analysis, and marketing projects.

You will be developing a deep understanding of our Medical solutions and the Medical Market in the Benelux countries. If you don’t have the Medical knowledge yet, don’t worry, you bring you drive, energy and talent, we will teach you on our portfolio.

This position report to the Medical Business Unit Director for Benelux and Nordic.  The role includes some travel, but your desk will be located at Stryker in Amsterdam.  You are fluent in both Dutch and English on a business level and you bring a commercial experience and drive.

You will:

  • Provide support to the Benelux Sales Manager and the sales team in the execution of the Medical marketing plan, including the central and local tactics, events, and campaigns to drive sales
  • Assists the sales team with Events like congresses next to literature development, translations, presentations, and publicity
  • Support with sales training and new product launches
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis to help drive business decisions
  • Support team with product operational responsibilities
  • Gathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution
  • Direct sales support in the field with high level of responsiveness
  • Up to level of 50% travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops deep understanding of the Medical market in Benelux
  • Develop the annual Marketing plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager for Benelux
  • Provide support to the Benelux Sales Manager and the sales team in the execution of the Medical marketing plan, including the central and local tactics, events, and campaigns to drive sales
  • Local Marketing expert with close communication lines to the Medical Central Marketing Team
  • Assists with Congresses, literature development, translations, presentations, and publicity
  • Collaborates with other Stryker franchise Product Managers and Marketing Specialists
  • Supports with sales training and new product launches
  • Performs sales and marketing analysis to help drive business decisions
  • Supports team with product operational responsibilities
  • Gathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
  • Develops sales tools and drives marketing campaign execution
  • Direct sales support in the field with high level of responsiveness
  • Up to level of 50% travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required ideally in Life Sciences, Pharma or Marketing
  • 2+ years sales/marketing experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Role based in the Netherlands, Amsterdam office
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects effectively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
