Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist Sales Representatives in the promotion, Demos, installations, trainings and all needed for selling of Stryker Product. Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products Directs product evaluations in operating rooms, emergency, acute care and all departments needed including office settings. May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings. Keeps Regional Sales Manager and Sales Representatives informed of territory progress on a regular basis Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products Understands and adheres to all OR and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting a product evaluation. Rigidly adheres to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA Has the necessary knowledge authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities Conducts training activities for the final customer during the phase prior to the sale and delivery of the product Achieves sales goals Detects business opportunities, studying the competition, market trends and analyzing the needs of the institutions. Actively participates in reaching the sales goals expected by the organization. Supports the strategy of the regional branch to increase the sales of endoscopy consumables and instruments. Is constantly and effectively present at the surgery, joined by the HCP, verifying the proper use of our products. Monitors and supports the needs for assistance of the indirect channels of the regional branch. Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Conduct & Compliance

Abides by and support the policies set forth in the Stryker Code of Conduct Understands that compliance with the Code of Conduct, as it may be amended by Stryker Corporation from time to time, is a condition of continued employment with Stryker Conducts work in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations and in accordance with Stryker’s high ethical standards Reports any violations of these policies and procedures to Stryker management or in the manner outlined in Stryker’s Ethics Hotline Policy.

Quality and Regulations

Reports in writing the claims and complaints sent by the customers because of products or services. Responds, in a timely manner, the notifications from the Quality and Regulations Area.

Technical Service

Reports in a timely manner the technical service needs of the customers Provides support in installing the equipment in his/her territory and provides post-sale service guidance Receives approval of the guarantees to have the technical service area issue an offer

Administrative

Plans weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives, in line with those of the corresponding sales representatives. Reports and updates in the work plan in the CRM which includes (visits to customers, HCP's, purchasing personnel, entry to surgery, demonstrations, training to others about the products) Develops a monthly travel plan based on the identified requirements of the sales representative. Prepares and delivers the requested reports in the established deadlines. Generates expenses reports in the established deadlines and under the corporate policies. Plans and reports vacation days in advance. Uses the work tools provided by Stryker appropriately and in accordance with the company policies. Completes the company trainings and approves them above 85%.

Safety and Occupational health

Ensures the integral care of health Provides clear, true and complete information about his/her health condition Complies with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the company Reports in a timely manner to Stryker about latent dangers and risks at the worksite Participates in training activities of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) Participates and contributes to the compliance with the objectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) Uses the field protection resources provided by the company.
