We are further building and growing our Business Enablement Solutions COE,   consisting of approx. 17 talented and highly educated professionals, covering all commercial analytics for Stryker Europe. We strive for delivering excellent business sales operations data support and build innovative analytics solutions as to support the commercial strategies together with our Sales and marketing teams for the  Neurovascular Division (this role), which help our Sales team to deliver best service to our Neurovascular customers.

We are currently recruiting for a strong, proactive Sales Analyst with strong inter personal skill to work in a team and to advise on different levels. And to be the best at influencing on analytics and enable your stakeholders to become more data driven.

This role consists of 2 important aspect and has the responsibility of all European countries for the Division Neurovascular:

As the sales analyst,  you are primarily responsible for providing sales territory/customer insights and analysis of sales performance indicators to respective local/regional sales leadership teams in Europe.  As the sales operational support part of this role includes timely, accurate sales allocation according to the local sales organizational structure of the NV division and enable standardized sales KPI reporting by customers and sales reps.

In parallel, your will be responsible for driving usage within NV(Neurovascular) of our advanced analytics tool, training the NV commercial team on our new BI tools, you will be responsible for defining the European requirements up to the implementation of new commercial analytics applications within the division while leveraging our global Information Services platforms and govern relevant marketing product hierarchies and a set of custom divisional sales reports.

You will report to a commercial analytics manager.

Next to this you will also:

You will strongly collaborate with the other commercial Analytics team-members and the Data-scientist, leveraging the newly build advanced analytics tools as to give market data insight based consultancy during the yearly process of new sales territories & sales targets setting.

What you need:

  • You ideally bring a 2 to max 5 years’ experience with a relevant background.
  • You bring the energy and drive to deliver the best analytics for our management for Neurovascular
  • You have min a bachelor’s degree
  • You are fluently in English
  • You are living in or around Amsterdam or willing to relocate to Amsterdam area on your own support, but we are open to international candidate willing to relocate to Amsterdam area on their own support/ cost

Together with other EU sales analysts and Commercial Analytics Associate Managers and a Data Scientist, the Centre of Excellence (COE) Analytics team will create scalable, analytical capabilities in partnership with Global IS BI which enable the Division/Country commercial teams to reduce time spent on data searching, cleaning, reporting and shift focus towards running the business with supporting facts, insights and foresights.
