Job Description

Your key responsibilities

You will collaborate with international regulatory personnel and internal product experts to assess support requests, identify appropriate responses and develop solutions to any identified problems. In addition, you will support departmental projects and provide general administrative support.

Your focus will be:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and respond to challenging questions from international regulatory personnel and/or health authorities
  • Creating and maintaining international technical files to facilitate efficient registration activities
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate internal records related to international registrations and interactions with health authorities
  • Notifying international regulatory personnel of relevant changes and supporting related submissions/notifications
  • Assisting with departmental projects and performing additional duties as assigned
  • Providing general administrative support to improve the efficiency of the department.

What we are looking for

You are a perfect fit for our team if:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent education and work experience in providing technical administrative support in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare
  • You have excellent oral and written English and German language skills
  • You are owning strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and planning skills
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently, set priorities and solve problems
  • You are highly effective in a fast paced environment with the flexibility to operate with unknowns
  • You are experienced in interacting and communicating with multiple stakeholders to assess and meet their support needs.
