What you will do

1. Sales Revenues
•    Assures the business growth, defining quotas and goals for the sales representatives and/or agents under his responsibility.

2. Training on Product
•    Assures that all sales representatives and aents have adequate knowledge and competencies to demonstate our products to our customers.

3. Sales Forecast
•    Prepares weekly reports for the National Sales Manager with sales funnel and provides the forecast for the current month and the whole year.

4. Expense control
•    Controls all expenses made by his direct subordinates and checks whether they are alihned with the approved budget. Manages the marketing expenses on his territory, in conformity with the approved budget.

5. Performance Management
•    Holds monthly meetings with sales representatives and agents to assess performance, goals, check needs and solve conflicts.

6. Relationship with the Customers 
•    Visits the main customers, in order to improve the relationship and assure the business growth.

7. Market Analysis
•    Prepares marketing plans, in order to establish good positioing for the new products.

8. Product launching 
•    Interacts with the product managers and the regulatory affairs managers and develops adequate communication about launching new products and progressive eliminations.
9. Compliance
•    To conduct all businesses and subjects in conformity with the laws and the regulations, including with the Foreign and Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Stryker Code of Conduct, in conformity with the highest ethical values.

What you need

Academic Background / education degree and professional experience:  

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar areas;
• 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales;
• Experience in sales team management.

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
