Position Summary

Achieves assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations of all related Pre-Hospital products and programs: PowerPro, PowerLoad, StairPro, Evacuation, Physio-Control products including LIFEPAK monitor/defibulators and automated external  defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HealthEMS ePCR, HeartSine AEDs,  ProCare Services and Flex Financial Services.

Regional Managers focus on the development of Sales Account Managers and customers to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial plan for the Region. Grow revenue, share and profitability.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team.
  • Reinforce company vision, mission, strategy and position.
  • Develop strategy and objectives and execute plans to achieve them.
  • Develops and maintains key KOL relationships at Medical Director level but also key Chiefs in their region.
  • Work with the team in the field to maximize customer touches and opportunities.
  • Manage all customer and employee issues effectively.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, development, performance management, territory and quota assignment.
  • Provide feedback and input to management regarding market, competition, programs and field.
  • Work effectively with counterparts and other functions to achieve goals.
  • Forecasting and budgeting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical devices/disposables/ capital equipment.
  • Good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Prior experience using or other CRM system.

Job Location

Ideal candidate is located in the Washington DC, Philadelphia, or Baltimore metro area.

  • Office is located in the individual’s home.

Percent of Travel

  • Frequent travel at least 60% of the time including weekends.

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
