What you will do

As a Regional Quality Analyst, you will work with Onsite team within a specific region to ensure high quality surgical care is provided to patients as related to Stryker Endoscopy equipment. Maintaining knowledge of Stryker instrumentation/equipment, competitor products used in the OR, and SPD processes and best practices, you will travel throughout your responsible region to assess the quality of service being provided to customers, while interacting with surgeons, OR personnel, Central Processing, Sales Reps, hospital administration, as well as other Stryker employees and partners. You will work to define customer needs and expectations for quality of service through surveys and documented feedback, and use that feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement opportunities or efficiency gains within an account. You will implement new lean concepts as well as utilize data tracking and performance metrics to ensure the highest quality of service within your region.

What you need

•Operating Room experience and/or Sterile Processing experience for at least 1 year.•B.A. or B.S. in business, engineering, science, or math is preferred•Must have up-to-date CRCST certification through IAHCSMM
